We have stayed at the Chateau a few times and it is always excellent the rooms are well equipped the staff throughout excellent and the overall feel of the hotel sumptuous - we also had tea which was on Mezzanine whilst Zoe’s is being refurbished (you couldn’t tell the workmen were very quiet and inconspicuous), the tea was excellent throughout 2 of the group were Gluten Free, the alternative was as good as the standard. The addition of the Happy Goat Coffee is inspired allowing for great coffee and light bites to takeaway this should be something all the Fairmont range do. Our stay was excellent throughout - thank you!

The location is ideal. Very easy proximity to all you need. The hotel bar was undergoing a refurbishment so not available (drop down of 1 point to a 9) We had upgraded to a gold room and boy was it worth it! The staff generally very friendly and attentive. Even more so in the premier level. The use of the lounge elevated the stay even more. Excellent service, views and facilities including food and drink.

We appreciated the central location. As tourists, we were able to walk easily to a lot of sites. We loved that we were upgraded so that we were able to take advantage of breakfast and snacks. With a busy schedule, we really appreciated this. And we would definitely return if we knew we would be upgraded again. And the food was descent.

We were checked in a different room from the one which was previously booked; however, they solved the matter super fast and with no issues. Very educated staff, ready to help! We loved our stay, and recommending the property.

The hotel was in a great location, near a mall, and provided access to all major sightseeing attractions. The room was large and comforatable and had a good internet connection. The hotel restaurant (The Terrace) was also nice and we did not need reservations.
